Abhijata is coming to Scotland!

We are delighted to announce Abhijata Iyengar will be coming to Scotland as part of our celebrations of 50 years of Iyengar Yoga in Scotland.

 

Abhijata’s visit will be in early May before the IYUK convention. She will be visiting Edinburgh and teaching a class on the morning of Thursday 2nd May. Please save the date!

We are still finalising details but what we can confirm, at this stage, is that it will be an Edinburgh City Centre location for approx. 80 to 100 attendees. The class will be in the morning between 2 and 3 hours long and will be suitable for those with at least 2 years regular Iyengar Yoga class attendance. Please ask your teacher if you are in doubt.

Duration: 2 – 3 hours

Attendees will need to be familiar with Sanskrit names and inversions. We are also hoping to have the opportunity for a 30 minute Q&A session with Abhijata.

ooking window ahead of general release. Tickets will be on sale at the start of March and we will give you plenty of notice of the exact timings of when tickets will go on sale.
